RecordKeeper
Your medical records, in one place, that you actually control.
RecordKeeper is a personal health record. Every portal you've ever been given a login for, every PDF a lab has emailed you, every after-visit summary — one place, yours, searchable.
Hand it a transcript of an appointment or a scanned result and it turns that into a structured entry: what was found, what was decided, what happens next. You review every one before it's saved.
What It Looks Like

The RecordKeeper dashboard: a greeting, today's calories, water, mood and weight at a glance, and quick links to scan a document or ask a question.
The health timeline, with visits, labs and medications in date order.
Sharing a record with a provider: choosing what to share and for how long.
The printable master record, the whole history laid out for a clinic visit.
One Source Of Truth
Providers each hold a slice of your history. This holds all of it, cross-referenced, so the specialist you see next month can read what the one before them wrote.
Built For Real Lives
It knows the difference between your legal name and the one you use, and shows the right one to the right audience. Some things can be walled off entirely. Exports are scoped to who's going to read them.
Record Your Own Appointments
It knows whether your state needs everyone's permission to record and tells you before you press the button. Then it keeps the transcript with the visit it belongs to.
How It Treats Your Data
Health data is the most personal thing there is, so the defaults are conservative: private unless you share it, deletable in full at any time, and never used for anything but showing it back to you.
Price
Free to keep your records. A Plus tier for the AI features.
Questions
Can I delete everything?
Yes, in one place, completely. That's a rule for every app I make, and it matters most here.
Does the AI see my records?
Only the document you hand it, only to turn it into an entry, and only when you ask. Nothing is trained on.
Is there an app?
The web version is live. iPhone and Mac apps are in testing.
